How do I start a return?

What is your return policy?
We offer returns up to 14 days from the date your order is delivered. We only accept returns on items that are unworn, with tags attached. Items must be returned with their original garment bag packaging or additional fees may apply.
Please allow one week from the date that we receive your return for the full refund request to be processed. You will receive a separate email confirmation once the return process is complete.
All returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee. We cannot refund any costs associated with original shipping postage or handling. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return. If you purchase a pre-paid return label through our system, this will be deducted from your refund.
Where do you ship?
Almost everywhere! We ship anywhere within the USA + internationally to MOST countries.
What is the cost of international shipping?
We ship internationally (excluding Australia and New Zealand), for a flat rate fee of $30. We ship to Australia and New Zealand for a flat rate fee of $50. Please note, our shipping charges do not include duties and import taxes. Depending on the carrier and your country's individual laws, your order may be subject to these fees and we are not responsible for covering these charges.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Please allow 2-4 days for your order to process before shipping. We are a small team and do our best to get orders out within 2 business days.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped, flat rate orders typically arrive in 5-7 business days. If you need your item sooner, please select the expedited shipping option at check out. Your order will arrive in 2-3 business days. Please note, this does not include processing time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will recieve an email confirmation that will also include carrier tracking info. Please purchase Route package protection at checkout to ensure a smooth delivery process.
My order isn’t tracking, what should I do?
We ship out of busy New York City. It’s not uncommon for tracking numbers to take a few days before they show accurate tracking information. We appreciate your patience as we have no control over carrier delays.
How do I make an exchange?
Unfortunately, our system is not set up for exchanges. You can either make a return and request store credit, or return the item and place a new order for the item you need.
Can I cancel an order after it is placed?
We can usually honor a cancellation request within 24hrs. In some cases, we will not be able to accommodate a cancellation. Please email us at hello@tamaramalas.com
What items are not returnable?
We do not accept returns on items purchased at a discounted price during a promo sale, or any items marked as final sale. Please note, due to the nature of the product, swimwear and underwear is final sale.
